Ackerman Retail Hires Gigi Best as VP in Tenant Representation Group

ATLANTA, GA,  May 16, 2019 Continuing the steady growth of its tenant representation team, Ackerman Retail, a division of Ackerman & Co., has hired Gigi Best as a vice president of retail services with a focus on assisting clients with site selection and market rollouts.

Gigi arrives with nearly 20 years of commercial real estate and client relationship experience, including tenant and landlord representation, development and client account management.

She will work with the retail team in providing tenant representation services for clients such as Flying Biscuit Cafe, Cinnaholic, Verizon, Deka Lash and SafeSplash Swim School.

Her prior experience includes more than six years as a tenant representation specialist and client account manager at The Windsor Realty Group Atlanta, managing services for a number of national retail brands and completing more than $3 million in leases.

 She was a leasing representative at Boxer Property, where she managed leasing for a portfolio of commercial real estate properties totaling more than 1 million square feet.

She also worked as a leasing and development specialist at Trinity Development, managing in-house and third-party leasing, lease renewals, and sale and acquisition transactions.

The Ackerman Retail tenant representation group currently provides comprehensive services for more than 50 national and regional retailers.
