HFF closes sale of grocery-anchored retail center near Cleveland, OH

CHICAGO, IL –– Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announces that it has closed the sale of Streetsboro Crossingan 89,436-square-foot retail center anchored by Giant Eagle in the Cleveland-area community of Streetsboro, Ohio.

The HFF team marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Brixmor Property Group.  Chicago-based Pine Tree purchased the center.

Completed in 1996 and renovated in 2001, Streetsboro Crossing is anchored by Giant Eagle, the trade area’s only traditional grocer. 

The 93.9%-leased center is also home to Pet Supplies Plus, Palm Beach Tan, GNC, Sally Beauty Supply and Great Clips and is shadow anchored by Target and Lowe’s.

Streetsboro Crossing is located at 1280 OH 303 in Streetsboro, which is 31 miles southeast of downtown Cleveland.  

The center is at the intersection of State Highways 14 and 43, which makes the center visible to more than 55,000 vehicles per day. 

Additionally, more than 19,000 residents earning an average annual household income of $83,000 live within a three-mile radius of Streetsboro Crossing.
