 Theresa Margaris, commercial associate at Hold-Thyssen, brokered the transaction representing the tenant and the landlord, Richard Pilant of Saint Petersburg .

  Margaris relocated the established counseling group from a neighboring property into the 1,200 square foot office suite at Bridgewater Professional Park to maintain proximity to their client base.
