Marcus & Millichap Arranges $2 Million Sale of 9,026-SF Dollar General Site in Tampa, FL


TAMPA, FL – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, has announced the sale of Dollar General, a 9,026-square foot net-leased property located in Tampa, Fla., according to Chris Travis, sales manager of the firm’s Tampa office.
