Keyes Company’s Carlos Villanueva and Carmen Siman completed the sale of a 30-unit apartment
building in Miami for $5.1 million – or $170,000 per unit. The duo listed the
960 S. Le Jeune Road property on behalf of seller Vega’s
Apartment Corp.

months. The buyer is CMC1 LLC of Miami.

Keyes
