Hold-Thyssen Closes on New Five Year Office Lease to Healthcare Provider in South Kissimmee, FL

KISSIMMEE, FL  --- Hold Thyssen, Inc., a full-service commercial property firm based in Winter Park , recently closed on a five-year lease to a community-based provider of substance abuse and behavioral health services at 1216 Patrick St. in Kissimmee.

  Martin Forster CCIMof Hold-Thyssen, negotiated the transaction representing the building’s landlord, 1217 Patrick St , LLC.

Serving Children and Reaching Families, LLC (SCARF) represented by Agent Trust Realty, leased a 2,450 square foot suite in the building.   SCARF provides counseling, coaching and case management for children, adolescents and adults. They also have a location in Orlando .

“The tenant was seeking premises that could be customized to meet their needs in the South Kissimmee market near the medical services area off John Young Parkway,”  Forster said.
