The Keyes Company Expands to Brickell Key, FL with New Office

 MIAMI, FL, Feb. 14, 2022 – The Keyes Company, Florida’s largest independent real estate firm, opened a new office on Miami’s Brickell Key.

 The 615 Brickell Key Drive office gives Keyes an important physical location for its Associates who live on the 44-acre island or in the adjacent Brickell Financial District.

 Keyes is now the only real estate firm with a corporate branch on Brickell Key. Patrizia Pluchino, District Sales Manager of the firm’s Brickell office, is also overseeing the Brickell Key location.

 Boutique brokerage Brickell Royalty previously occupied the space. Keyes assumed Brickell Royalty’s lease and operations as part of the transaction. Brickell Royalty’s agents are now affiliated with Keyes.

 The Brickell Key office complements Keyes’ corporate headquarters, which comprises the Brickell office and is just steps away from the neighborhood at 2121 SW Third Ave.

 Located at the mouth of the Miami River with a bridge connecting to Brickell Avenue, Brickell Key is home to 11 high-rise condominium buildings and 2,000 residents. Many professionals work out of Courvoisier Centre, a Class A office and retail property with two buildings totaling 345,568 square feet on Brickell Key.
