As Sales
Manager, Fleming will focus on recruiting, training and managing more than 30
real estate agents based in the Coastal Specialists office.

Fleming has
spent 13 years with Illustrated Properties. Before joining the firm, she gained
experience as a Realtor with Tauriello &
Co. Real Estate in Delray Beach and Southdale Properties in Lake Worth Beach.
Fleming
received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Marketing from
Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
