Daniel “Dane” Rowland to Commercial Property and Business Association Manager as part of the firm’s commitment to ongoing strategic growth.
A
seasoned Senior Property Manager with more than 15 years of experience and a
comprehensive background in Class A real estate, Dane will be responsible for
overseeing all aspects of daily operations for properties owned by both Guthrie
Development and the business associations that Guthrie Asset Management
manages, according to Rob Guthrie, President at Guthrie
Development.

Prior to joining Guthrie Development,
Rowland held multiple roles and responsibilities at the Irvine Company.
One of his accomplishments there was the
development, implementation, and management of centralized renewal processes
for a residential portfolio consisting of over 50,000 units in more than 150
apartment communities.
These processes allowed the company to
maximize revenue growth and resident retention throughout its portfolio.
Rowland graduated with his M.B.A from
Brandman University
