“The creation of this new role had its genesis in identifying someone who had the requisite industry experience and legal discernment but also who operates as a business enabler and, most importantly, was a great cultural fit,” said Drew Hardy, president, Twenty Four Seven Hotels.

“For us, the role of legal counsel is not just managing the legal risks but being a strategic business partner who understands the pressure points, strategy and objectives of our business and effectively communicates the risks and legal issues involved to our decision making.

"Given Gabe’s skill set, key areas in which this role will have its most significant impact will be increasing efficiency, reducing costs and mitigating risks internally across company departments while advising on and facilitating our growth goals as we continue to add new properties and services.”
