Sabal Development Sells Miami Beach, FL Villa on Venetian Island for $21 Million after Buying it for $4.2 Million in 2020

MIAMI, FL, May 30, 2023 -- Sabal Development, an award-winning builder and developer, has sold a luxury custom-built villa on Venetian Island for $21 million.
