Hold-Thyssen completes seven-months of sales and leases in Florida totaling 301,407 SF of space valued at $24 million

WINTER PARK - Hold-Thyssen, a full-service commercial property firm based in Winter Park with offices in Clearwater has completed sales and leases for more than 301,407 square feet of space valued at more than $24 million in the first seven months of 2023.


Robert P. Hold 
Principal Robert P. Hold and leasing agent James Huckeba completed a sale of the 6,600 square foot office building at 671 W. Fairbanks in Winter Park;

Vice President of Investment Services Richard Fisher completed sale of the 26,245 square foot Sprint Data Switch Center on Lake Destiny Drive in Orlando; sale of a long-term ground lease of 4 Acres (174,240 SF) of retail land occupied by ALDI in Albany NY;


Also: Long-term lease renewal of the 0.85 Acre (36,876 SF) Regions Bank site on Kennedy Blvd in Tampa; Lease of 10,504 SF of office space at 55 Thomson Place in Boston; Lease renewal of 3,308 SF of office space occupied by State of Florida’s Regional Counsel at 15500 Lightwave Drive in Clearwater; Lease renewal of Shoe Palace’s 8,130 SF on Collins Ave in S. Miami Beach.

Carol Kinnard completed a multi-year professional office lease of 1,500 SF for client Turning Point Wellness Center at Ballantrae Professional Center in Lutz, FL; Multi-year retail lease to Hidden Creek Golf Cars for the 1,723 SF building at 6033 US Hwy 19 in New Port Richey, FL;   

Also: Five multi-year retail leases on behalf of the landlord at Ridgewood Square in Port Richey, FL: 2,000 SF leased to Bad Wolf, LLC; 1,000 SF to Ambas Holdings, Inc.; 690 SF to MRC Games; 500 SF to J5 Collectibles; and 144 SF to Compliance Consulting.

Theresa Margaris completed a sale of 3,824 SF of office space at 253 A Pine Ave. N. in Oldsmar; and a multi-year lease of 1,750 SF of professional office space at 13019 W. Linebaugh Ave. in Tampa.

Senior Director Darby Hold completed multi-year leases of 2,311 SF to Timbers Holdings at 1031 W. Morse Blvd. in Winter Park; 1,731 SF to Creative Project Consultants, 1031 W. Morse Blvd. Winter Park;
