Effective immediately, Kross is now responsible for working across the Americas region to increase JLL’s impact of creating a better world of work through advisory services.
Kross’s
promotion comes at a critical time when, according to JLL’s latest
research, hybrid is
the new normal yet employers and employees are still defining and grappling
with new expectations around work.
Kross has been an integral part of the JLL Global
Consulting since 2017. A firm believer in treating real estate as a catalyst
for business success, she’s amassed more
than 15 years of experience developing integrated space, service and
organizational solutions that improve business operations, employee performance
and customer experience.
Prior to this role, Kross led JLL’s America’s People
Experience team for Global Consulting – a team she helped establish – and
expanded JLL’s capabilities and thought leadership.
Kross previously
worked as a Director at Brightspot Strategy, where she worked with museums,
libraries and universities to design user experience, and Workplace Strategist
at DEGW, where she ran workplace transformation projects for the
pharmaceutical, government and technology sectors.

Kross received her bachelor’s degree in
design and environmental analysis from Cornell University, where she returns
often to lecture on design management and strategy. She is also a
LEED-accredited professional.
