Founded by Joanne McCurdy in 2013, McCurdy & Co. has 24 agents specializing in Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties and beyond.

With three decades of experience helping clients buy and sell real estate on the Treasure Coast, McCurdy & Co. has an unmatched track record for customer service and market knowledge. Its expertise extends to waterfront properties, vacation homes, residential real estate, commercial real estate and land.

“It is the right time, with the ideal partner, to commence a new chapter in our firm’s history,” McCurdy said. “We share the same focus on culture, integrity and customer service that Keyes has prioritized for nearly a century. The Keyes platform will especially help our agents meet the evolving needs of our longtime customers.”

Keyes Senior Vice President Steven Reibel is in active discussions with owners of similar brokerages across the Treasure Coast, and as far north as Vero Beach.

“Over the past few years, there has been significant migration north from the tri-county area to the Treasure Coast,” Reibel said. “That broadens our market and provides further motivation for us to identify the right strategic growth opportunities in Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties.”

Keyes is also looking at acquisition opportunities throughout the entire state.

“Boutique brokerages across Florida are navigating the challenges presented by an industry that is experiencing significant consolidation,” Keyes CEO Mike Pappas said. ''The independent, family-owned nature of Keyes is particularly appealing to boutique brokerages in these areas as firm leaders contemplate their path forward.”

The new Fort Pierce office is located at 171 Melody Lane.
