CrossMarc Services Negotiates $1.11 Million Sale of Office Building In Key South Orlando Office/Industrial Park

ORLANDO, FL  --  CrossMarc Services, LLC,  one of the Southeast’s fastest growing commercial real estate firms, recently completed the $1,11 million sale of a 7,700 square foot office building at 7335 Lake Ellenor Drive in south Orlando.

 Brian K. Watson, CCIM, Vice President of Sales and Leasing at CrossMarc negotiated the owner user sale  representing the seller MK Development Group, LLC of Winter Park.

The Phoenix Property Group, LLC purchased the two-story building constructed in 1984 on a 0.63 acre site. Phoenix will be occupying  the entire building for its own operations, according to Watson.

 Barbara L. Correa with US Realty Hub, LLC represented the buyer, an established company that revitalizes properties throughout the state.
