A good property management firm will act as a dealer between the real estate owner and the tenants, handling any questions and complaints that the tenants might have so that the owner is not forced to deal directly with them.

Property Management companies are the ones who are responsible for collecting the rent payments from tenants and preparing income statements of the property so that the landlord will be able to evaluate how well the property is performing financially.
