ATLANTA, GA – Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln)
has brokered the $1.24 million sale of 3135 Avalon Ridge Place, a
16,983-square-foot office building in the Avalon Center Office Park in
Norcross in metro Atlanta.
Denton Shamburger, a vice president in Lincoln’s
Atlanta office, and Jeff Henson, a senior associate in Lincoln’s Office
Leasing Group, represented the seller. Custard Insurance Adjusters purchased
the building and was represented by Paul Hanna of JLL.
Custard Insurance Adjusters occupied just more than 6,000
square feet of the building at the time of purchase and has plans to expand its
presence in the building.

buyer for this property,” said Tony Bartlett, senior vice president at
Lincoln who oversees the firm’s Atlanta office. “Their experience and expertise
resulted in a transaction that proceeded seamlessly and delivered a good price
for our client.”
