of a 9.07-acre parcel of vacant land on S. International Drive in Orlando for
$950,000.00.
NAI Realvest Partner Paul P. Partyka, CCIM, MICP represented
the seller, Southeastern Conference Association of Seventh Day Adventists, Inc.
who sold the property to fund construction of new larger church in an Orlando
location that’s to be determined.
