FL --- NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 5,000 square
feet of industrial space at 230 Power Court in Sanford.
Allison Reynolds, vice president at NAI Realvest, negotiated the
transaction representing the landlord Jesse Maxwell, III of Maitland.
The
new tenant is Storm Solutions of Central Florida a manufacturer and supplier of
seamless gutters, soffit and facia.
