Murcko who received their full asking price totaling $130,000.
The parcels with 380 feet of frontage on a major east-west
route through Pasco County were sold together to provide ample buildable space.
The buyer closed 23 days after contract execution. Century 21 Bill
Nye Realty represented the Tampa Bay area investor who did not disclose plans
for the property.
