PALM BEACH, Fla. | Nov. 22, 2019 – Sally Haas Colbert of Illustrated Properties Wellington successfully completed the $6.3 million sale of an equestrian estate in Wellington’s Saddle Trail community. Illustrated is a member of The Keyes Family of Companies.
Colbert represented the buyer in the all-cash transaction, which closed on Nov. 15.
Located on 4.1 acres at 14471 Equestrian Way, the property has direct bridle path access to the horse show grounds. It includes a five-bedroom residence built in 2006 with a chef’s kitchen, impact glass windows and three different living areas to accommodate multi-generational occupants.
The property also features a brand-new pool; 15-stall center aisle barn complete with five grooming stalls, two tack rooms, office and a one-bedroom apartment; a 160’ x 210’ arena; 115’ x 140’ grass jump field; six-horse KRAFT walker and six large paddocks.
Beth Congel sold the property to Eclypse Holdings, LLC.

Colbert is also representing the buyer of 14471 Equestrian Way in the sale of a nearby Wellington property that is under contract.
