BOCA RATON, FL- - Group P6 announces its experienced development
team for Royal Palm Residences, the highly anticipated condominium project that
will redefine modern luxury in downtown Boca Raton.
The nine-story, 48-residence project is expected to open in
2022. The developer recently unveiled a 6,000-square-foot sales gallery located
at 475 E. Royal Palm Road in Boca Raton, also the site of the project itself.

The exclusive sales team for the project is ONE Sotheby’s
International Realty, a South Florida real estate firm with 18 offices
throughout South Florida and more than 900 top producing agents.

Ross has closed more than $100 million in sales volume
over her career, which began in 2008. Castro has been in the Real Estate
Industry for more than 15 years.
Award-winning Boca Raton-based design firm RLC Architects designed
Royal Palm Residences. RLC Architects was founded in 1990 and has received
numerous awards for design excellence from the American Institute of
Architects, as well as various industry associations. The firm's success has
come in large measure from creating unique architectural expressions.

World-renowned Suffolk Construction has been tapped preliminary as
the project’s general contractor. Founded in 1982, Suffolk is behind some of
the most prestigious builds across the country.
Zelman Style Interiors is heading up the interior design and created
the vision and décor for the sales gallery. Founder Steven Zelman has
contributed in earning awards and honors including Decor Magazine´s Lifetime
Achievement Award, numerous First Place Fame Awards from the Building
Association of South Florida and five “Designer of the Year” Awards.
Royal Palm Residences will offer three- to five-bedroom residences
– including six penthouses – ranging from 2,425 to 7,168 square feet. Prices
start at $1.75 million.
