Landtrust Title Services Adds New Director of Sales to Residential Team

CHICAGO, IL – Landtrust Title Services, a Chicago-based title insurance agency serving the residential and commercial real estate industries, announced it added industry veteran Carmen Carbonara as director of sales for residential services.

Carbonara has 13 years of experience in the residential title insurance industry. Most recently, she served as a business development officer for Stewart Title Co., where she closed a high volume of transactions over the past year.

Carbonara is a board member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and past member of the board of directors of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Inducted into the President’s Club at Stewart Title for sales excellence, she is also a current member of several real estate associations.
