The firm has already completed approximately two million
square feet of class-A industrial space at its 4,300-acre Victory Logistics
District project, where it plans to deliver as much as thirty million square
feet of distribution, manufacturing and data center space.
Nelson, a retired U.S. Marine Corps Major
General and co-founder of a Nevada-based advanced materials company that
supports the manufacturing of advanced clean energy technologies, brings a high
level of expertise in enterprise management, team building, and strategic
planning that was honed throughout his 35-year career in the U.S. Marine Corps.
He will offer invaluable leadership as Mark IV continues
with master planning, infrastructure construction, and vertical development at
Victory Logistics District.
