Berger Commercial Realty Broker Closes Four Sales in Florida

 FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (March 19, 2013) - Berger Commercial Realty, a full service commercial real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale and serving clients around the state, announced four new sales from broker Judy Dolan.

Dolan represented Waterfall Victoria REO 2010-02, LLC in the sale of 6,430 square feet of office space, located at 7635 Ashley Park Court in Orlando, to Winchester Holdings for $519,400. The property will be utilized as executive suites.

 She also represented Waterfall Victoria Mortgage Trust 2011-SBC1 REO, LLC in the sale of a 8,899-square-foot former daycare center, located at 1720 11th St. W. in Bradenton, for $330,000 to JMC 2006 Trust.
