UNIONDALE, NY (April 2, 2020) – Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ABR), a leading multifamily and commercial mortgage lender, recently funded $16.3M in Fannie Mae DUSÃ’ and Fannie Mae Small loans in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Patriots Way At The Beach Apartments received $9.6M in refinance financing, with a 12-year fixed rate, through the Fannie Mae DUSÃ’ program. 

The property is comprised of 110, two-bedroom units and features hardwood floors and walk-in closets. It is minutes away from the beach, with fine dining, shopping and entertainment nearby.

The 501 38th Avenue Portfolio received $2.2M in refinance, cash-out funding, with a 12-year fixed rate, through the Fannie Mae Small Loan program.

 Built in 1963, the 34-unit complex is a short distance from the Children’s Museum of South Carolina, Ripley’s Aquarium and local shopping.

Avenue North Apartments received $3.2M in refinance, cash-out funding, with a 12-year fixed rate, though the Fannie Mae Small Loan program.

 The 43-unit property is less than a half-mile from the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Built in 1966, the multifamily property is made up of 17 units and is located just minutes from the beach.

Irvine, CA (April 8, 2020) – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced Jim Stanard has been promoted to Studio Manager, Architecture for the firm’s Irvine and Inland Empire offices.

 In this new role, Stanard will help manage the team and assist with the architecture studio with business development and operations throughout Orange County and the Inland Empire in Southern California. 

Stanard brings over 40 years of architectural experience to Ware Malcomb, including work on a wide variety of project types such as retail, office, industrial, healthcare, retail, restaurants and education.
He joined Ware Malcomb in 2018 as a Senior Project Manager for the Irvine Architecture group and quickly became an integral part of the team, working on several large, complex projects with local and national clients.
 As a licensed architect, Stanard leads projects from initial master planning and design stages to successful construction completion.

Stanard is also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional.

Miami Housing Group Shows How to Connect Offline While Still Social Distancing During Coronavirus Epidemic

MIAMI, FL -- As the nation begins to officially ‘shelter-in-place’ till end of April, communities are adjusting to the new normal, especially in Miami. 

How do you connect offline while still social distancing? What can you do to stay positive and keep your immune system boosted? DANCE TO LIVE MUSIC!

Gran Paraiso Residences in Edgewater (Miami, FL) is leading by example. Last weekend, a special group of residences worked with the property management company, Atlantic Pacific Management and Paraiso Bay Master to launch a party and performance by local DJ Tony Merenda, but not like you think.

As the DJ spun beats poolside, residences cheered and danced on their balconies while still abiding to social distancing rules. Commander Freddie Cruz of the Miami Police Department even joined alongside Commissioner Ken Russell to check out the celebration.

On April 4, the property hosted another LIVE event for residences called the “Glow Stick Dance Party.” Special DJ guests included LIV and Story’s resident DJ Dave Sol and Grammy-Award winning DJ Mag. World Red Eye.
