AUSTIN,
TX – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has
welcomed Director Daniele Colbertaldo to its single-family rental
(SFR) team. |

Colbertaldo
sits in the Austin office and directly reports to Senior Managing Directors Doug
Opalka and Robert Wooten, who co-lead the Austin office for JLL
Capital Markets.
Colbertaldo
will focus on expanding JLL Capital Markets’ presence in the single-family
rental investment sales both locally and nationally and will work alongside
Managing Directors Matthew Putterman, Chris Shea and Zach Nolan and Director
Max La Cava.
Prior
to assuming this role, Colbertaldo served as Senior Associate at Amherst, a
real estate investment and development firm, where he worked on SFR portfolio
acquisitions and deployed Amherst’s $1.2 billion closed-end discretionary SFR
fund.

“Colbertaldo
joins our group as a direct result of the growing opportunity set for private
market SFR and BTR portfolios,” said Putterman.
“JLL
Capital Markets was one of the first intermediaries with a dedicated SFR/BTR
team in the industry, formally launching our team in January 2021.
Transaction
volumes across the SFR/BTR asset class have substantially increased in 2022,
with further increases in 2023 expected as the asset class continues to gain
favor within the investment community.”
