Arbor Funds $7.8 Million Fannie Mae DUS® Loan in Greensboro, NC

UNIONDALE, NY – Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ABR), a leading multifamily and commercial mortgage lender, recently funded a $7.8M Fannie Mae DUS® loan in Greensboro, NC. Arbor provided the financing for Chapel Walk, a 128-unit multifamily property.

Arbor Funds $1.5 Million Fannie Mae Small Loan in Chicago, IL

UNIONDALE, NY – Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ABR), a leading multifamily and commercial mortgage lender, recently funded a Fannie Mae Small Loan in Chicago, IL.

The property received $1.5M in financing through the program, with a 15-year fixed rate and 30-year amortization schedule. 

 Jared Stein of Arbor’s New York City office originated the loan.

 The Muskegon and Colfax Apartments consist of three buildings totaling 44-units. Each features one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Arbor Funds $12 Million Bridge Loan in College Park, GA

UNIONDALE, NY – Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ABR), a leading multifamily and commercial mortgage lender, recently funded a $12M bridge loan in College Park, GA. Arbor provided three-year financing for the 240-unit multifamily property.

The deal received $1.7M in financing through the program, with a 10-year fixed rate, one-year of interest only payments, and a 30-year amortization schedule.

“When financing opportunities, and thus the acquisition window, looked slim due to parceling issues, Arbor stepped in and coordinated with Fannie Mae to structure a permanent loan, at an attractive rate that met the buyer’s return estimates,” Norman said.
 “The transaction also represented the first partnership between Arbor’s Central Indiana office and Alec Neesham of Marcus and Millichap Capital Corporation’s Indianapolis office.”

The Beacon Hill Townhomes and Chestnut Hill Apartments were built in 1993. The 15-unit complexes are conveniently located near downtown Bloomington and within close proximity of shopping, recreation and Indiana University at Bloomington.
