The Nakash family, owner of several Art Deco hotels and South Beach’s former Versace Mansion, is the buyer of the 1350 Collins Ave. property.

Rotolante and Calderon collaborated with Lee & Associates’ New York office, leveraging the firm’s unparalleled national platform, to facilitate a seamless transaction. The sale closed on April 28.
