Avanath Capital Management Acquires 261-Unit Senior Housing Community in Anaheim Hills, CA for $87.5 Million

ANAHEIM HILLS, CA, April 19, 2021 –Avanath Capital Management, LLC, a private real estate investment manager and Registered Investment Adviser, has acquired its second senior housing community in Orange County in less than 90 days, Overlook at Anaheim Hills in Anaheim Hills, California.

 The 261-unit mixed-income senior apartment community was purchased for $87.5 million.

Technology company signs 28.688-square-foot sublease in Los Angeles area for new headquarters

LOS ANGELES, CA, April 19 2021 – JLL announced today that System1, a leading omni-channel customer acquisition company, has signed a sublease for 28.688 square feet of space at 4235 Redwood, a freestanding 49,846-square-foot building in the Marina del Rey area of Los Angeles, California.

The new lease represents a relocation of the firm’s headquarters from Venice.

Atlas Capital Group, LLC Begins Redevelopment at 101 South Marengo in Pasadena, CA

 LOS ANGELES, CA, April 19, 2021 – Atlas Capital Group, LLC announced today that it has started on the redevelopment of the five-story, 320,000-square-foot Class A office building located at 101 South Marengo Avenue in Pasadena, California. The redevelopment will be completed in the first quarter of 2022.
