FORT LAUDERDALE, FL –– Native Realty promoted two integral team members, Kaley Tuning and Dan Ross, to executive leadership roles at the Jaime Sturgis-led real estate firm.
Tuning is the firm’s new Chief Operating Officer, and Ross is Native’s new Executive Vice President.

In their new roles, both will
work closely with CEO Jaime Sturgis and Native Chief of Staff Lauren
Sturgis to ensure the firm continues its impressive growth and transaction
output.

Tuning first joined Native as a Sales Associate in fall 2019, earning a promotion to Sales Director in early 2021. She has more than 15 years of industry experience, including nearly a decade at Fort Lauderdale-based Stellar Homes Group.

A double graduate of
Florida State University, Ross and Sturgis first
met through their mutual involvement in the university’s American Marketing
Association.
