PHOENIX, AZ, Feb. 27, 2024 – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, announced construction has begun on a consolidated office and manufacturing facility for Super Radiator Coils, located in Mesa, AZ.
Ware Malcomb’s Phoenix office is providing
architecture and interior design services for the 150,000 square foot
build-to-suit project, located in the City of Mesa's Gateway Area.
Super Radiator Coils is a family-owned
engineering and manufacturing company founded in 1928 specializing in
industrial heat exchangers and ancillary products used in a variety of
applications, such as power generation, gas compression, HVAC, industrial
refrigeration, data center & electronics cooling, wind tunnels and semiconductor
manufacturing.
The
company services numerous Fortune 500, Fortune 50 and Fortune 10 companies.

“The client’s goal is to consolidate
operations from several smaller buildings into this larger facility, and the
approximately 11-acre site in Mesa provides the company the necessary room to
streamline its processes all in one location,” said Braden Blake,

The 150,000 square foot project includes
18,000 square feet of Class A office uses, an engineered clean room area, and
will have the capability to expand by another 50,000 square feet in the future.
