Hold-Thyssen Brokers $735,000 Sale of Office Building in Westchase Commons, FL

 Tampa, FL and Clearwater, FL --- Hold-Thyssen, Inc. recently negotiated the $735,000 sale of a professional office building built in 2007 with 3,500 useable square feet and ample parking in Westchase Commons, 13035 W. Linebaugh Ave. in Tampa.

Transaction Specialist Theresa Margaris at Hold-Thyssen’s Clearwater office brokered the sale representing the seller, Peak Properties, LLC of Belleair Beach, FL. and the buyer, Westchase Real Estate, LLC, a subsidiary of The Healthy Edge, a natural foods retail group.

Stan Johnson Co. Brokers $25 Million Sale of Northcrest Village Shopping Center in Carrollton, TX

 CARROLLTON, TX -- Stan Johnson Company, one of commercial real estate’s leading investment sales brokerage firms, has completed the sale of Northcrest Village located at 3044 Old Denton Road in Carrollton, Texas.

The 136,061-square-foot shopping center is anchored by ALDI and Ace Hardware and was approximately 85 percent leased at the time of sale.

 Margaret Caldwell, Patrick Kelley and Gill Warner of Stan Johnson Company represented the seller, an Oklahoma-based developer. The 1031 exchange buyer was an individual investor based in Texas. The property traded for $25.0 million.

  At the time of sale, there were four contiguous in-line suites available for lease along with one junior anchor space adjacent to Ace Hardware.
