John Testerman joins JLL’s Raleigh office as Senior Director

RALEIGH, NC –  JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality group announced

John Testerman has joined the Raleigh office as Senior Director. Testerman will work closely with Ketan Patel who leads hotel investment sales in the mid-Atlantic region, as well as Travis Anderson and Pete Pitroff who head the Carolinas office.

 

 In his role as Senior Director, Testerman will be responsible for overseeing key client accounts, providing strategic investment sales guidance and expanding JLL's hospitality presence in the Carolinas.

Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG) Names Linda Philp Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

ATLANTA, GA —Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG), an Atlanta-based third-party hotel operator and investor, has named Linda Philp, CPA, senior vice president & chief financial officer. 

 

 In her role, she will be responsible for the company’s accounting, financial reporting, tax, systems optimization/ technology and risk management functions.
