Peachtree Group Promotes Vickie Callahan to President of Hospitality Management Division

ATLANTA, GA -- Peachtree Group ("Peachtree") announced
Vickie Callahan has been promoted to president of the firm's hospitality management division.

 

 In her new role, Callahan will oversee the company's portfolio of owned and third-party managed hotels, totaling 88 hotels across 27 brands and 11,173 rooms in 23 states and Washington, D.C.

"Since joining us in 2020 as senior vice president of revenue generation, Vickie has been an invaluable member of our team," said Greg Friedman, managing principal and CEO of Peachtree Group. "Vickie has successfully guided us through the pandemic's challenges with her strategic insights and ability to optimize our hotel revenues.

A 25-plus-year hospitality veteran, Callahan previously held vice president of revenue management positions with Atrium Hospitality and JQH Hotels.

 

Callahan serves on the Marriott Revenue Management Franchise Advisory Board and engages with multiple committees to enhance hotel sales and revenue management disciplines.

Ware Malcomb Names Jamie Gaan Studio Manager, Architecture in Pleasanton, CA Office

 PLEASANTON, CA -- Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, announced Jamie Gaan has joined its Pleasanton office as Studio Manager, Architecture.

 In this role, he will help lead the growth and management of the architecture studio and focus on client relationships and business development. 

“Jamie will be instrumental in elevating the studio’s design capabilities, while providing a robust QA/QC and support role,” said Mark Bartolone, Director, Architecture, Ware Malcomb. “We welcome his leadership, mentorship, and approach to providing high-quality services to clients to ensure project success.”

Gaan brings more than 20 years of industry experience to his role at Ware Malcomb.. 

Gaan earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and minored in environmental design and sustainable design.

Ware Malcomb opened its Pleasanton office in 1997 and has two locations in the region, including an office in downtown San Francisco. The firm’s Bay Area teams have worked on more than 7,200 projects.
