TA PLLC Deals bring high-end hospitality offerings to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and Orlando, FL

Ari Tenzer

Miami, FL – TA PLLC, a full-service business law firm, represented RCD Hotels in a deal with Nobu Hospitality to bring two new, high-end hotels, residences, and restaurants to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and Orlando, Fla.

“These transactions are noteworthy and significant given the limited offerings of high-end options for accommodations in these markets, especially in a city like Orlando that has been a major player in the hotel world but has gone without real luxury hospitality offerings for a long time,” said Ari Tenzer, Founder of TA PLLC.

“This will be a game changer on that front, and we are very pleased to have played a part in accomplishing this for our client.”

The TA PLLC team represented the owner throughout the entirety of the transactions, which took several months to negotiate. Both hotels will be developed and constructed from the ground up and include the following:

Nobu Hotel Punta Cana, scheduled to open in 2025, offering 200 guest rooms and suites including 12 villas, a signature Nobu restaurant, meeting, and event spaces, and 50 Nobu residences.

  •
  • Nobu Hotel Orlando, expected to open in 2025, featuring 300 accommodations including eight stunning villas, a Nobu restaurant, and 50 stylish residences, and meeting and event space.
