Priced from the high $200,000's,
plans range from 1,850 to 3,628 square feet and offer three to five bedrooms
and two to three-and-a-half baths. Several plans have side-entry or tandem
garages.
In addition to new one- and two-story homes
by Dream Finders Homes, the 400-acre peninsula, which is surrounded
by Lake Dora and Lake Beauclair, is home to the Deer Island Country Club
and privately-owned championship golf course designed by Joe Lee.
