The Groves apartments in Gresham, OR purchased for $38.5 million

 PORTLAND, OR – JLL Capital Markets announced it handled the $38.5 million sale of The Groves, a multi-housing property located in Gresham, a suburb of Portland, Oregon.  

 JLL represented the seller, NBP Capital, to complete the sale to the buyer, an affiliate of Abacus Capital Group.

 The Groves offer one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplan options, totaling 201 units. The apartments offer community amenities for residents, including a swimming pool, community lounge with a TV, fitness center, barbeque area and playground.

 Located at 3500 N.E. 17th St. in Gresham, this Portland submarket is primed for long-term growth; with the city proposing various economic initiatives to foster employment growth and stimulate housing demand.

Additionally, the property is positioned near many retail options, including Safeway, Natural Grocers and the Gresham Station Shopping Center, and is just one mile from the MAX Blue Line light rail station which allows regional access across the Portland MSA.

Development Site in Mateo, CA Acquired by Nazareth Enterprises Inc. for $7.35 Million

 San Mateo, CA – Nazareth Enterprises, Inc., a privately-held, diversified investment firm founded by Mounir Kardosh, President and CEO of Nazareth based in San Mateo, California, has completed the acquisition of a 7,500-square-foot retail building in Downtown San Mateo.

The property is currently leased by Kelly-Moore Paint, which has been a tenant for over two decades.

 The property, located at 616 S B Street, San Mateo, Calif. for a total of $7.35 million.  The company is working on the design of the redevelopment of the property.

Dream Finders Homes Starts Sales at Pre-Construction Pricing in Clermont’s Hartwood Landing

 CLERMONT, FL   With floor plans ranging from 1,856 to more than 5,000 square feet of living space, prospective home buyers should be able to find exactly what they’re looking for at Dream Finders Homes’ Hartwood Landing community.

Because Hartwood Landing is in its early stages, Boeneman said all sales are currently being handled by new home consultants at Dream Finders’ Ardmore Reserve community in Minneola.

When completed, the community will have a number of amenities, including a spacious clubhouse, and a resort-style pool with cabanas.
