restaurant concept.
Located at 12705 W. Sunrise Blvd., Bergeron Sawgrass Plaza is a
27,000-square-foot retail building situated on the west side of the White
Seahorse Way entrance to Sawgrass Mills.

transaction, the property was brought to 100 percent occupancy.
The tenant was represented by Tini Hui of the Keyes Company in the
