Rhode Partners Tops Out Floodgate on San Antonio’s Historic River Walk

San Antonio, TX – Designed by award-winning Austin-based firm Rhode Partners, Floodgate will celebrate its topping out on May 19, 2022. Located on San Antonio’s historic River Walk, the 100,000 sf mixed-use project is anticipated to open in Spring 2023.

Floodgate is a uniquely modern 17-story building with significant ground floor restaurant space fronting the River Walk and 63 apartment units in the upper tower floors.

 The financing was arranged by EagleBridge director Brian Walsh. who stated that the construction/permanent mortgage was provided by a leading regional bank.
