NAI Realvest Negotiates New Lease with Outdoor Furniture Retailer for One-acre Retail site on SR 434 in Longwood, FL

ORLANDO, FL – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for a one-acre retail site at 840 E. SR 434 in Longwood. 


NAI Realvest Partner Paul P. Partyka and Associate Juan Jimenez negotiated the transaction representing the landlord Gerald and Wendy Korman of Boynton Beach.  


Inside to the Outside, LLC is the new local tenant who leased the property as their first location to sell outdoor furniture.

Crossman & Co. Closes on New Leases totaling nearly 8,000 square feet at Three Seminole County, FL Retail Centers

ORLANDO, FL --- Rochelle DuBrule, Senior Leasing Associate at Crossman & Company, one of the largest retail leasing, management and investment sales firms in the Southeast, recently negotiated new leases for nearly 8,000 square feet at three retail centers in Seminole County.  

In Sanford at Seminole Center, 3653 S. Orlando Drive (Hwy 17-92), Sales & Deals, a Chinese merchandise shop, leased 3,125 square feet at the center anchored by Wal-mart, Ross and Aldi. 

At the same time Tobacco and Cigars leased 1,724 square feet at Seminole Center.  Willow Shambeck of ACRE Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant in that transaction. 

In Altamonte Springs, DuBrule negotiated a long term lease of 1,800 square feet with Lady Jane’s, a fast-growing salon for men, joining Outback, Peter Glenn and Edward Jones at the Shoppes at Brantley Hall, 990 N. State Road 434. 

  Jonathan Hellein of Hybridge represented the tenant in the transaction for its third location in the state.

In Casselberry DuBrule leased 1,028 square feet to a new Baptist Church starting out in Summit Plaza at the intersection of SR 436 and Red Bug Lake Road.

Emerson International Negotiates Two New Long-Term Leases totaling more than 11,500 square feet at Major Plaza in Southwest Orlando, FL and Louisiana Office Park in Winter Park, FL

Altamonte Springs, FL -- Emerson International recently negotiated two long-term lease agreements for a total of 11,509 rentable square feet of office space at Major Plaza II in Southwest Orlando and at Louisiana Office Park in Winter Park.

Kenneth Koch, director of leasing for Emerson International who owns and manages the office developments, signed a lease at Major Plaza II for 6,057 square feet.  

Crystal Clear Digital Marketing, a marketing firm that serves healthcare and wellness businesses, is the new tenant at the Class A office building located at 5750 Major Blvd.  

The tenant previously leased 2,012 square feet at Major Plaza I at 5728 Major Blvd. and the business moved to expand into triple its original space.

Zac Starkey, leasing associate with Emerson signed a new lease with Advanced Recovery Systems Homes, an integrated behavioral healthcare management company, who leased 5,452 square feet in Louisiana Office Park at 1177 Louisiana Ave.   

Emerson International is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Emerson Group, the global corporation that is one of the largest privately-owned property development companies in the U.K.

ICM Realty Group Acquires Cypress Executive Center in Boca Raton, FL

BOCA RATON, FL, Jan. 21, 2016 -- ICM Realty Group, the international real estate investment and management firm, announced today that it has purchased the 93,500 square foot, Class A Atrium at Broken Sound office building, located at 6111Broken Sound Parkway.

The purchase represents ICM’s fourth investment in Florida in the past 24 months and was made on behalf of ICM’s (VII) U.S. Core Plus Realty Trust, a fully discretionary private equity fund focused on acquiring and developing office, retail and medical office properties.
