Two New Dream Finders Homes Communities in the Jacksonville Area are Brimming with Activity as Models are Prepared for Prospective Homebuyers

Brad Muston

Jacksonville, FL Two new models are now open at Dream Finders Homes’ Wilford Preserve in Orange Park and several others are slated to open in the next two months in the Silver Landing and Cherry Elm communities of the master-planned development of SilverLeaf near St. Augustine.

The Wilford Preserve models – Wellington and Edison II – are two of over 200 one- and two- story homes being built in the natural gas, single-family home community, Division President Brad Muston said.

“The Edison II, which functions as a sales center for Dream Finders Homes, can be built as a three- or four-bedroom home,” Muston said, adding that 14 other plans are available, including the three-bedroom, two-bath Wellington.

Homes at Wilford Preserve range in size from 1,711 to 3,500 square feet and are priced from the low $300,000s.

Dream Finders Homes also plans to open nine professionally decorated models at the SilverLeaf development by early October, Muston said.

The Driftwood and Boca II plans will be built in the Silver Landing community. The Wingate, Heron and Egret will be featured in the Brandon Lakes townhome community in Silver Landing, as well as the Osprey, Coral and Manatee townhomes in the Cherry Elm community within SilverLeaf.

Muston said new single-family and townhomes at their newest SilverLeaf  communities will start in the low $300,000s with plans that offer from 1,289 to 3,518 square feet, and feature two- to six-bedrooms and between two to five baths.

The residential and commercial SilverLeaf  development is located along St. Johns Parkway, just south of CR 210. It includes 3,500 acres set aside just for conservation, yet it is convenient to Interstate 95, providing an easy commute and just a 25-minute drive to both historic St. Augustine and downtown Jacksonville.

Wilford Preserve is located off Cheswick Oak Avenue in the established Argyle Forest area of Orange Park.
