Sabal Development Sells Miami Beach, FL Villa on Venetian Island for $21 Million after Buying it for $4.2 Million in 2020

Record-breaking real estate transaction closes near Miami’s iconic Design District

Miami, FL -- The property, located at 151 NE 43rd Street, closed at what is believed to be the highest ever price per square footage for the district, and it is also believed to be the second highest sale price for a single-family home, at a sale price of $2.2M. 

 

The iconic sale was closed by local Miami luxury real estate duo Cyril Bijaoui and Noa Figari, of the firm Longstead at The Corcoran Group.
