Lisa Bailey (top right photo)  of Morrison Commercial Real Estate completed both transactions in the last week of December 2009. Bailey, representing an undisclosed tenant, completed a new lease totaling 70,362± square-feet located at 8420 Boggy Creek Road in Orlando.

Bailey also completed a new lease for Winter Park Urology Associates Professional Association totaling 4,331± square-feet at the Northlake VII property located in Altamonte Springs.

Morrison Commercial Real Estate Completes 43,284 SF of Leases in Orlando

ORLANDO, F:--Greg Morrison, (top right photo)  CCIM, SIOR, Principal and Founder of Morrison Commercial Real Estate, announced the completion of several office lease transactions totaling 43,284 square feet throughout Orlando.

Lisa Bailey (bottom left photo) of Morrison Commercial Real Estate completed these transactions including a new lease totaling 9,033± square-feet to RomaCorp, Inc. and 11th Hour Business Center who leased a total of a 10,830± square-feet at the Lake Point Business Park.

At the Atrium Tower, Bailey renewed the lease for American Management Services totaling 9,400± square-feet along with Richard Loiseau and Century 22 Marketing.

Another significant deal, Bailey renewed and expanded the lease for Nurse on Call at Commerce Point totaling 10,391± square-feet along with two new tenants Atlantic P.I. and Urban Models.

Parkway Properties Renews 26,000-SF ClubCorp Lease at Citrus Center, Orlando, FL

 ORLANDO, FLORIDA – October 1, 2009 – Parkway Properties, Inc. (NYSE:PKY) recently renewed  the 26,000 square foot ClubCorp lease in the Citrus Center Building (top right photo)  in downtown Orlando, Florida.

The lease renews the 2,000 member Citrus Club’s top-floor dining and meeting facility, along with first floor offices and lower-level fitness center and spa through 2024. Citrus Center is a 261,000 square foot Class-A, 18-story office building that is currently 91% occupied.

ORLANDO, FL (Mar. 10, 2009): Greg Morrison, CCIM, SIOR, Principal of Morrison Commercial Real Estate, announces the completion of an office lease totaling 42,334 square feet at University Corporate Center III, (bottom right photo) located in the Quadrangle Business Park at 11474 Corporate Boulevard, Orlando, Florida.

Morrison Commercial Real Estate Completes 20,202 SF of Leases in Orlando

ORLANDO, FL -- Greg Morrison, (top right photo) CCIM, SIOR, Principal and Founder of Morrison Commercial Real Estate, announced the completion of three office lease transactions totaling 20,202 square feet at three office buildings in Orlando.

At SunTrust Center, located at 250 S. Orange Avenue, Morrison served as the tenant representative for Orlando Regional Healthcare System, Inc. in the negotiation of a 10,032-square-foot lease with landlord, SunTrust Center Owner, LLC.

John Gilbert of CB Richard Ellis represented the Landlord in this transaction.

In addition, Morrison and Emily Zinaich (bottom left photo) of Morrison Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, OPUS REAL ESTATE FL VII UCC3, L.L.C. in the negotiation of a 6,830 square-foot office lease with CH Robinson Worldwide, Inc. at University Corporate Center III. The Tenant was represented by Mohr Partners.

Damien Madsen Joins Morrison Commercial Real Estate
