A private, Orlando-based investor purchased the 3,920 square foot
office property on a 0.53-acre site for $850,000.00.

representing the building’s owner/seller Foley Properties, LLC.
Foley, who recently vacated two suites at
the property then re-leased them, selected Hold-Thyssen to take the property to
market, Forster explained.

He added, “After several weeks of marketing the building it was sold to an Orlando investor who took the opportunity to add a fully leased, easily managed investment property, in great condition, to his portfolio.”
