Hold-Thyssen Negotiates Multiple Leases at Phillips Place in Southwest Orlando, FL

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Hold-Thyssen, a full-service real estate services firm headquartered in Winter Park, recently negotiated three- and five-year lease agreements with an engineering firm, dental practice and multi-national franchise at Phillips Place, 7575 Dr. Phillips Blvd. in Southwest Orlando.  

 

 The professional office and retail spaces total more than 5,785 square feet.

 Barrios Engineering, LLC, a full-service civil engineering firm doing business in greater Orlando for more than 15 years, closed on a three-year lease at Phillips Place and relocated its operations into the 1,778 square foot space.     

 

Woof Gang Bakery, Inc. providing pet care products and services signed a lease for 2,147 square feet.  The multi-national company with over 200 retail locations will continue their tenancy at Phillips Place for the next five years.

The Heather Childers, DDS dental practice signed a three-year lease for 1,860 square feet to continue offering her state-of-the-art family and cosmetic dentistry at Phillips Place. 

 

Hold-Thyssen, Inc. is the leasing and management representative for the 56,000 square foot Phillips Place, which is currently 98 percent leased. 

 

The real estate services firm provides commercial property brokerage and leasing and management services to institutional and private investor clients nationwide. 

 

 The 40-year old firm’s current portfolio includes more than 100 commercial properties throughout the United States.

Blackton to Provide Flooring for New Maronda Homes at Elegant Manor Estates in Edgewater, FL

EDGEWATER, FL -- Blackton Inc., which ranks as one of Central Florida’s largest distributors of materials to homebuilders, has been selected as the supplier of flooring for Maronda Homes’ new construction at Elegant Manor Estates in Edgewater.

 

Michael “Micky” Blackton, chief executive officer, said his firm will provide an estimated $500,000 worth of flooring for Maronda Homes in the construction of some 100 single-family homes at the East Volusia community on Air Park Road.

”The addition of  our Holly Hill  location last year has enabled us to provide customers new and old with a faster turnaround time in the Daytona Beach and Palm Coast areas,” he said.

Elegant Manor Estates in Edgewater, FL

Maronda, a long-time Blackton client, is building three- to seven-bedroom homes at Elegant Manor Estates that range from 1,856 to 3,579 square feet of living area, priced starting from $379,990 to $604,990.
