On Friday, March 3, Group P6 and the project’s general contractor, Suffolk, hosted Boca Raton city officials along with development executives, construction crew members and building contributors to participate in the ceremony.

Just a few residences remain, with more than 95% of the project under contract. Remaining units start at $3.5 million.
The three to four-bedroom residences range from 2,425 to 3,700 square feet. Each unit will have at 270 degrees of natural light, dual-entry private elevator access directly into the unit, European kitchens & top of the line appliances, including Wolf gas barbecues built into large outdoor terraces.
