NAI Realvest | Charles Wayne Commercial Negotiates Long Term Lease for Largest Medical Marijuana Dispensary in Florida

DAYTONA BEACH, FL --- NAI Realvest | Charles Wayne Commercial recently closed on a long-term lease with multiple options to extend the lease at 812 W. International Speedway Blvd. in Daytona Beach .

Trulieve, Inc. (TCNNF) a publicly traded company leased the property for a medical marijuana dispensary. 

The firm is a market leader in the industry with 29 retail dispensaries now in Florida with this 6,060 square foot Daytona Beach facility which is the largest in the state.       

The new Trulieve dispensary will initially bring 30 jobs to the area.

“Since the dispensary business is in full throttle mode and Trulieve has been allocated an additional 30 site locations, there will be more dispensaries opening in the near future,” Gifford said, adding “Cannabis is a $10 Billion industry and is expected to grow to over $100 Billion in the next 10 years.”
