Noble Investment Group Unveils Hyatt Regency Valencia in California

244-Room Hotel Offers Award Winning Service to the Los Angeles County/Santa Clarita Community
ATLANTA, GA–Privately held Noble Investment Group (“Noble”), a leading sponsor of private equity real estate funds and an integrated lodging and hospitality operating and development organization, has unveiled the ‘Regency’ designation for the Hyatt Regency Valencia and Santa Clarita Conference Center (top right photo) (“Hyatt Regency Valencia”).

Noble acquired the 244-room first class Hyatt Valencia in early 2008 and has since completed property upgrades and enhancements, completing the conversion to the ‘Regency’ designation.

The Hyatt Regency Valencia is integrated into the approximately one million square foot mixed-use development, Valencia Town Center.

The hotel is also home to the Santa Clarita Conference Center, the valley’s premier meetings and events venue, which features 16,000 square feet of exceptional meeting and event space including three outdoor garden areas overlooking the prestigious Valencia Country Club.

The Hyatt Regency Valencia is ranked among the top 20 properties in the Hyatt North American Region for Overall Guest Satisfaction and was recently recognized by the Santa Clarita Signal’s 2008 Reader’s Poll for being the Best Overall Hotel, having the Best Chef, and the Best Banquet and the Best Brunch experience.

Noble Investment Group Starts $9M Renovation and Addition at Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza

ATLANTA, Ga. – November 11, 2008 –Privately held Noble Investment Group (“Noble”), a leading sponsor of private equity real estate funds and an integrated lodging and hospitality operating and development organization, today announced the launch of the $9 million comprehensive renovation of the Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza (top left photo) in Missouri.

Noble acquired the hotel in March of 2008 and has designed an overarching renewal of all guestrooms, meeting and event space, food and beverage outlets, as well as all public areas.

“The completion of these planned physical enhancements to the entire hotel will enable our dedicated team of hospitality professionals at the Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza the ability to provide their guests with a memorable luxury experience,” said Bob Morse, (middle right photo) Noble’s managing principal and chief operating officer.

The $9 million renovation will include the creation of the Marriott Great Room, an ideal spot for guests to engage in small work groups, gather in a casual dining experience or socialize and unwind in an inviting, comfortable, living-room atmosphere.
The Great Room concept was designed to provide intimate social zones, virtually enabling guests to tailor the use of the space to suite their own needs, much as they would do in their own homes.

Raleigh Marriott City Center Celebrates Grand Opening

New 400 room luxury hotel features Posta Tuscan Grille, Bar Posta and a Starbucks Coffee Store

RALEIGH, N.C., Aug. 27, 2008- Privately held Noble Investment Group (“Noble”), a leading sponsor of private equity real estate funds and an integrated lodging and hospitality operating and development organization, today celebrated the grand opening of the 400-room Raleigh Marriott City Center (top right rendering) located at 500 Fayetteville Street and attached to the new 500,000 square foot Raleigh Convention Center.

The Raleigh Marriott City Center brings four-star luxury accommodations to the heart of the city’s urban core and is a key component of a vibrant new dining and entertainment district within the $1 billion renaissance of Raleigh’s city center.

Noble Investment Group Announces Leadership Team for the New aloft Charlotte Uptown



Hotel Unveils Pre-Opening Website and Hotel Blog

ATLANTA, GA, July 25, 2008- Privately held Noble Investment Group (“Noble”), a leading sponsor of private equity real estate funds and an integrated lodging and hospitality operating and development organization, today announced the appointment of the team of hospitality professionals that have been selected to oversee the day-to-day leadership of the New aloft Charlotte Uptown at the Epicenter, (middle left and above centered photo) Charlotte, North Carolina.

Opening November 1st, 2008, the aloft hotel is located in the heart of uptown Charlotte and is vertically integrated above retail and office into the new, $275-million mixed-use Epicenter complex.

“Uptown Charlotte is a dynamic and fast growing area in the southeastern United States, and our location amongst first class dining, office, sports and retail is both convenient and attractive to business and leisure travelers,” said Mit Shah,(top right photo) Noble’s senior managing principal and chief executive officer.

Rob Cote (middle left photo) has been regional director of operations for a portfolio of Noble hotels for the past five years and has assumed the general manager leadership role for the aloft Charlotte Uptown.

Rob’s career spans 32 years in the hospitality industry, including a distinguished career with Marriott International for 15 years with the brands Courtyard, Residence Inn, and Fairfield Inn, where he earned multiple performance awards. He began his career in Washington, D.C. at the JW Marriott and Crystal City Marriott and opened the Fairview Park Marriott as director of room operations. Rob has been in the Carolinas for 12 years and calls Mooresville, N.C. home.

Carolyn Cudd (bottom right photo) has been named director of sales and marketing for the aloft. For the past five years, Carolyn has excelled as an area director of sales for a portfolio of Noble hotels affiliated with Marriott. During her career, Carolyn has received 9 accolades in recognition of her superior sales and marketing leadership and execution. She is actively involved with Meeting Planners International, Charlotte’s Hotel Tourism Authority and was previously president of the Forsyth County Tourism Alliance in Winston-Salem, N.C.

Gloria O’Hal has assumed the position of sales manager for the aloft. Gloria began her career with Noble in 2002 as a sales manager. Gloria has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is currently a member of Meeting Planner’s International, HSMAI and PWA.

Noble Investment Group Acquires the Hyatt Regency Valencia and Santa Clarita Conference Center in Los Angeles County



Acquisition Marks Noble’s Twelfth Value-Add Investment in Current Private Equity Fund

ATLANTA, GA--Privately held Noble Investment Group (“Noble”), a leading sponsor of private equity real estate funds and an integrated lodging and hospitality operating and development organization, has acquired the Hyatt Regency Valencia (middle left photo) located in a planned community within Los Angeles County, California that is ranked among the top 25 places to live in the U.S. by CNN/Money magazine.

The 244-room first class Hyatt Regency Valencia is integrated into the approximately one million square foot mixed-use development, Valencia Town Center,(above centered photo) which serves as the community focal point for business, shopping, dining and entertainment in the vibrant Santa Clarita Valley.

The Hyatt Regency Valencia is home to the valley’s premier meetings and events venue, the Santa Clarita Conference Center, (bottom right photo) which features 16,000 square feet of exceptional meeting and event space including three outdoor garden areas overlooking the prestigious Valencia Country Club.

Noble will operate the hotel under a long-term license agreement with Hyatt Hotels Corporation. The investment marks the company’s twelfth acquisition in the Noble Hospitality Fund, LLC, the organization’s current, fully discretionary private equity real estate fund.

Hilton Birmingham Perimeter Park Announces Property Wide Renovation

$6.5 million of Upgrades Checking in This summer to Further Enhance the Guest Experience

ATLANTA, Ga.-June 30, 2008- Privately held Noble Investment Group (“Noble”), a leading sponsor of private equity real estate funds and an integrated lodging and hospitality operating and development organization, today announced the launch of a $6.5 million dollar substantial renovation to Noble’s 8- story full-service Hilton Birmingham Perimeter Park (top right photo).
The renovation will include full upgrades to all of the Hilton’s 205 guestrooms, 10,000 square feet of event and meeting space and is scheduled for completion in October of this year, as the hotel prepares to celebrate 25 years of iconic service in Birmingham, Alabama.

Noble Investment Group Acquires AmeriSuites in Chicago/Schaumburg



Hotel will Undergo Major Transformation and Re-Open as Hyatt Place Chicago/Schaumburg


ATLANTA, GA – April 14, 2008 – Privately held Noble Investment Group (“Noble”), a leading sponsor of private equity real estate funds and an integrated lodging and hospitality operating and development organization, today announced the acquisition of the AmeriSuites (photo above) in Schaumburg, Illinois.

The investment marks the company’s eleventh acquisition in Noble Hospitality Fund, LLC, the organization’s current fully discretionary private equity real estate fund.

The 126-room hotel is located in Schaumburg, a major suburb in the northwest corridor of Chicago and the largest center for economic development outside of the city. The hotel will undergo a comprehensive $5 million dollar repositioning and re-open as Hyatt Place Chicago/Schaumburg later this year.

“Noble’s organizational competencies continue to allow us to source and execute investment opportunities throughout a wide range of lodging segments from resorts and full service hotels to those in the select service category,” said Rodney Williams, (top right photo) Noble’s managing principal and chief investment officer. “The common denominator continues to be our consistent investment strategy through our value-added approach.”

In rebranding the hotel to a Hyatt Place, substantial property improvements will be made throughout all guestrooms, public areas and meeting space. The traditional guest lobby will be reconfigured into the Hyatt Place Gallery, a warm, inviting space where guests can work, relax or socialize. Here guests will find self- service kiosks, a coffee, beer and wine bar, an e-room with two public computers and a printer, and Guest Kitchen offering freshly prepared meals available around the clock.


Guestrooms will feature a state-of-the-art media and work center complete with 42”flat-panel HDTVs, contemporary decor, stylish furnishings, and the Hyatt Grand Bed™. Complimentary Wi-FI will be offered through the hotel. Hyatt Place Chicago/Schaumburg will join more than 110 Hyatt Place hotels that have already opened to rave reviews from guests.

Noble Investment Group Acquires the Kansas City Marriott-Country Club Plaza Hotel



Acquisition Consistent with Noble’s Value-Added Investment Strategy

ATLANTA, GA- March 27, 2008 – Privately held Noble Investment Group (“Noble”), a leading sponsor of private equity real estate funds and an integrated lodging and hospitality operating and development organization, today announced the acquisition of the 295-room Kansas City Marriott—Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri.


The hotel will undergo an $8.8 million comprehensive renovation to all guestrooms, meeting space and public areas and will be operated by Noble under a long-term license agreement with Marriott International. The investment marks the company’s tenth acquisition in Noble Hospitality Fund, LLC, the organization’s current fully discretionary private equity real estate fund.

The 19-story hotel is located approximately four miles south of Downtown Kansas City in the renowned Country Club Plaza district. Home to the region’s most established high-end retail, commercial and residential area, Country Club Plaza is the sophisticated center of Kansas City's dining, shopping and cultural scene. The hotel boasts 16,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 42-seat amphitheatre, two concierge levels, Main Street Grill, lobby lounge, executive business center, fitness center and indoor swimming pool.
