Marcus & Millichap Lists 47,149-SF Office Building in Palmdale, CA for $11M

PALMDALE, CA – Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm, has retained the exclusive listing for a 47,149-square foot multi-tenant office building in Palmdale, CA. (photo top right)


The listing price of $11 million represents $233 per square foot.

Stephen D. Stein, a vice president of investments in the Los Angeles office of Marcus & Millichap, is representing the seller, Vertigo Real Estate Holdings LP.

Antelope Valley College (photo at left) has requested to expand into an additional 4,700 square feet of the building. Also, plans are in place for a 6,895-square foot retail/restaurant pad on the hard corner as well as a potential 22,900-square foot additional office building towards the rear of the property.
